About me

I am a person passionate about physical activity who has dedicated years of effort to learning and developing all facets of calisthenics.

I have studied and mastered different approaches, including skills/tricks, hypertrophy and aesthetics, health improvement, mobility and flexibility, and more.

From a young age, I have always been passionate about physical performance, individual improvement, and sports. I love my job and feel fulfilled when I see others progress thanks to my guidance.

I am certified as a higher technician in physical conditioning, commonly known as a "personal trainer" or "fitness coach." Thanks to the knowledge I have acquired, I am versatile and able to combine different disciplines with calisthenics, including goals such as weight loss or muscle gain.

In order to teach something as complex as high-level calisthenics exercises, it is necessary to have gone through the process of learning it and having experienced its difficulty on your own body.
